Lapland Well-being Region's aim is to digitalise and automate mailing processes and thus achieve savings in both personnel resources and mailing costs. The subject of the procurement is a multichannel electronic mail service, which offers versatile sending and receiving options. Multichannel refers to, for example, printer driver functionality, web portal and open interfaces for sending. For receiving, multichannel refers to the delivery of letters to electronic distribution channels or as a traditional letter, printed, franked and delivered to the recipient. The procured package includes: 1. Electronic mail service (SaaS=Software as a service) including the system as a software service, including all necessary software and drivers 2. Printing, franking and mailing service for physical letters 3. Implementation and adaptation of the SaaS service to the customer's needs and environment 4. System support and maintenance services 5. System or service development and expert services. The procurement is tendered for a three-year fixed-term contract period. The procurement includes an option to extend the procurement beyond the current fixed-term contract period.
