**Short description of the procurement:**

The contracting authority intends to award a contract for the integrated management, operation and maintenance of the paid parking on public roads and their associated systems. The contract will cover the following services:

- Management and operation of the parking system, including the collection of parking fees.

- Maintenance of the parking system and its associated infrastructure.

- Provision of customer support and assistance to users of the parking system.

- Implementation of new technologies and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the parking system.

- Reporting and data analysis to support decision-making and policy development.

**Additional information:**

The contracting authority reserves the right to negotiate with tenderers and to award the contract to the tenderer that offers the best value for money. The contracting authority may also decide to divide the contract into lots and to award separate contracts for each lot.
