**Description of the Contract:**

The Ministry of Infrastructure, through the Directorate of Roads, is seeking to acquire the following:

- Supply of weigh-in-motion (WIM) systems

- Maintenance and verification of WIM systems

- Supply of a weighing software

The WIM systems shall be installed at various locations along the national road network. The contractor shall also provide maintenance and verification services for the WIM systems and supply a weighing software that meets the following requirements:

- Compatible with the existing road infrastructure

- Able to integrate with the Ministry's data management system

- Capable of real-time data processing and reporting

- User-friendly interface

- Multilingual support (English, French, Spanish, German, and Lithuanian)

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the following criteria:

- Price (40%)

- Technical merit (30%)

- Experience and qualifications of the contractor (20%)

- After-sales service and maintenance support (10%)
