Luksemburga – Tehniskās palīdzības pakalpojumi – Climate Action and Sustainability for Corporate

Kopējais šī Uzdevuma mērķis ir palīdzēt sasniegt EU ilgtspējīgas finansēšanas politikas mērķus, pastiprinot korporatīvās struktūras lomu pārejai uz zemogāzes, klimata izturīgu un vides ilgtspējīgu ekonomiku. Ietvaros ar Konsultāciju Programmu, lai Atbalstītu Klimata Darbību un Ilgtspējīgu Attīstību Korporatīvām Struktūrām, EIB atbalstīs izvēlētos Saņēmējus, izstrādājot Klimata Saskaņošanas Plānus (dekarbonizācijas, izturības, mazināšanas un piemērošanās plāni), kā arī ilgtspējīgas finansēšanas saistītu ietvaru. Šī Uzdevuma konkrētais mērķis ir nodrošināt, lai Pakalpojumu Sniedzējs atbalstītu Saņēmējus, lai tie pielāgotu un saskaņotu savus biznesa modelus un investīciju projektus ar klimata un vides ilgtspējīguma saistītajiem regulēšanas un kredītu prasībām. Konkrēti, tas iekļauj konsultāciju atbalstu saistībā ar Klimata Saskaņošanas Plāniem, Ilgtspējīgi Saistītajiem Aizdevumiem un Šķēršļiem.

The specific tasks to be carried out by the Service Provider are the following:

1. **Climate Alignment Plans (CAPs):**

- Develop and implement a methodology for the assessment of the climate impact of the Beneficiaries' business models and investment projects.

- Provide support to Beneficiaries to develop and implement CAPs, including decarbonisation, resilience, mitigation and adaptation plans.

- Conduct climate risk assessments and develop climate risk management strategies for the Beneficiaries.

- Provide training and capacity building to the Beneficiaries' staff on climate-related topics.

2. **Sustainability-Linked Loans (SLLs):**

- Develop and implement a methodology for the assessment of the sustainability performance of the Beneficiaries' business models and investment projects.

- Provide support to Beneficiaries to develop and implement SLLs, including the definition of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Sustainability Performance Targets (SPTs).

- Conduct sustainability performance assessments and develop sustainability performance improvement strategies for the Beneficiaries.

- Provide training and capacity building to the Beneficiaries' staff on sustainability-related topics.

3. **Transversal Tasks:**

- Develop and implement a communication and stakeholder engagement strategy for the Advisory Programme.

- Provide support to the EIB in the monitoring and evaluation of the Advisory Programme, including the development of performance indicators and reporting mechanisms.

- Conduct a review of the Advisory Programme and provide recommendations for its improvement.

- Provide support to the EIB in the identification and engagement of potential Beneficiaries for the Advisory Programme.
