The ITF will have a total floor area of 5,000 m2 and will include a gym, a swimming pool, a sports hall, and a classroom. The ITF will be constructed using sustainable materials and will be energy-efficient. The ITF will be designed to meet the needs of the Belgian Armed Forces and will be used for training and exercises by the Belgian Armed Forces and other defence organisations.

**Contracting Authority Lot Requirements:** The contractor must have experience in the construction of similar facilities and must be able to demonstrate their ability to deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget. The contractor must also be able to demonstrate their ability to work with sustainable materials and to construct energy-efficient buildings. The contractor must be able to provide references from previous projects and must be able to demonstrate their ability to work with the Belgian Armed Forces and other defence organisations.

**Contracting Authority Lot Evaluation Criteria:** The contractor will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Experience in the construction of similar facilities (30%)

2. Ability to deliver a high-quality project on time and within budget (30%)

3. Ability to work with sustainable materials and to construct energy-efficient buildings (20%)

4. Ability to provide references from previous projects (10%)

5. Ability to work with the Belgian Armed Forces and other defence organisations (10%)
