**Assurances** **included** **in** **the** **contract** **are** **as** **follows**:

**Assurance** **1**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **not** **subcontract** **any** **part** **of** **the** **contract** **without** **the** **prior** **written** **approval** **of** **the** **contracting** **authority**.

**Assurance** **2**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **provide** **all** **necessary** **documentation** **and** **information** **to** **the** **contracting** **authority** **in** **order** **to** **ensure** **compliance** **with** **the** **contract** **requirements**.

**Assurance** **3**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **maintain** **a** **quality** **management** **system** **that** **meets** **the** **requirements** **of** **ISO** **9001:2015**.

**Assurance** **4**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **comply** **with** **all** **applicable** **laws** **and** **regulations**, **including** **but** **not** **limited** **to** **EU** **public** **procurement** **rules** **and** **directives**.

**Assurance** **5**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **implement** **a** **health** **and** **safety** **management** **system** **that** **meets** **the** **requirements** **of** **OHSAS** **18001:2007**.

**Assurance** **6**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **provide** **evidence** **of** **professional** **liability** **insurance** **covering** **the** **entire** **duration** **of** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **7**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **implement** **a** **data** **protection** **policy** **that** **complies** **with** **the** **General** **Data** **Protection** **Regulation** **(GDPR)**.

**Assurance** **8**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **not** **use** **substandard** **materials** **or** **components** **in** **the** **performance** **of** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **9**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **ensure** **that** **all** **personnel** **involved** **in** **the** **performance** **of** **the** **contract** **are** **properly** **trained** **and** **qualified**.

**Assurance** **10**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **provide** **regular** **progress** **reports** **to** **the** **contracting** **authority** **as** **required** **by** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **11**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **maintain** **adequate** **records** **of** **all** **activities** **performed** **under** **the** **contract** **and** **make** **these** **available** **to** **the** **contracting** **authority** **upon** **request**.

**Assurance** **12**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **notify** **the** **contracting** **authority** **immediately** **of** **any** **changes** **in** **circumstances** **that** **may** **affect** **the** **performance** **of** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **13**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **cooperate** **fully** **with** **the** **contracting** **authority** **in** **any** **investigation** **or** **audit** **related** **to** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **14**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **ensure** **that** **all** **work** **carried** **out** **under** **the** **contract** **is** **completed** **to** **a** **high** **standard** **of** **quality** **and** **in** **accordance** **with** **the** **specifications** **set** **out** **in** **the** **contract**.

**Assurance** **15**: **The** **contractor** **shall** **ensure** **that** **all** **work** **is** **carried** **out** **in** **a** **timely** **manner** **and** **in** **accordance** **with** **the** **contract** **schedule**.
