Ten dynamic purchasing system (DPS) concerns training services and expert assessments for the employment area of Central Uusimaa. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its attachments, in particular in attachment 2 Service Description. During the validity of the DPS, all interested suppliers may submit an application to participate in the DPS. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice, unless it is terminated or amended during the validity of the DPS. Procurements among suppliers approved for the DPS are carried out with internal tenders (mini-competitions) within the DPS, which may take place throughout the entire procurement phase of the DPS. Mini-competitions are carried out in the electronic tendering system and the call for tenders is open for at least 14 days. The validity period of the procurement contract is determined on the basis of the mini-competition. The validity of the procurement contract may also continue after the expiry of the DPS validity period, provided that the contract competed within the DPS has entered into force before the expiry of the DPS.
