Necessary is the purchase of diesel for the proper functioning of the vehicle park of S.C. Confort Urban S.R.L. The quantity to be delivered for 12 months is 500,000.00 litres of Euro 5 diesel. The number of orders that will be launched during a month is not constant throughout the contract period. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
