Dinamikus system of procurement (DBR) creation, whose subject is the procurement of electricity for the joint AKs. The procurement planned quantity (base quantity) for the entire DBR period: 9 593 349 kWh. The quantitative deviation according to the 58. § (1) of the Kbt: 30% above the contracted quantity (which is the amount accepted on the market for the subject of the procurement and does not hinder the submission of an appropriate tender) in total: 12 471 354 kWh. The actual quantity of the procurement AK specifies in the tendering phase(s) for the tendering period. AK does not undertake an obligation for the calls within the DBR. AK undertakes an obligation solely with the initiation of the tendering phase(s). AK does not specify the categories according to 106. § (4) of the Kbt in the context of this procedure. AK plans to carry out the tendering phases for periods of 6-12 months (but reserves the right to deviate from this), based on which the expected maximum order of magnitude of the procurement is 6 235 677 kWh (R. 21. § (4)).
