**Description of the Contract:**

The Swedish Board of Agriculture (Jordbruksverket) is seeking to establish a framework agreement for the provision of substitute services for the District Veterinarians. The framework agreement will be used to call off specific services as needed.

**Substitute Services:**

The substitute services will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:

- Performing veterinary inspections and controls.

- Carrying out official controls and inspections in accordance with relevant legislation.

- Providing expert advice and support to the District Veterinarians.

- Conducting investigations and sampling as required.

**Selection Criteria:**

Bidders must demonstrate the following:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in veterinary services.

- Ability to provide services within the required timeframes.

- Compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

- Financial and economic standing.

**Award Criteria:**

The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, considering the following criteria:

- Price (40%)

- Quality of the services (40%)

- Experience and qualifications of the staff (20%)

**Minimum Requirements:**

Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in providing veterinary services.

- A valid veterinary license.

- Proof of insurance covering professional liability.

**Submission of Tenders:**

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-Procurement platform at www.etendering.se. The deadline for submission is 15.00 (CET) on 15/02/2024.
