SBH | Schulbau Hamburg are tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining, and managing school properties in accordance with educational needs and economic principles, and leasing approximately 350 schools to the Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total land area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to carry out the extension and replacement construction at the Campus Oldenfelde (secondary school and gymnasium) at Delingsdorfer Weg 6 and Birrenkovenallee 12 in 22147 Hamburg.
