Diverse procurement of food ingredients for schools, kindergartens, and social institutions in Tiszaújváros, for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, under a supply contract. Submissions can be made in the following 10 sub-lots:

1. Pork, offal

2. Beef

3. Poultry, game

4. Meat products

5. Milk, dairy products, margarine

6. Bread, yeast, bakery products, fine bakery products

7. Potatoes, fresh and peeled vegetables, dry legumes, oilseeds, fresh fruit, pickles, eggs

8. Canned vegetables, fruit, semi-finished products, fish

9. Mill products, sweeteners, dried pasta, spices, seasonings

10. Oils, canned goods, jams, preserves

The total quantities for each product category can be found in the respective sub-lots. For all aspects, the exact product quantities and specifications are detailed in the Procurement Documents, broken down by section, as the high number and variety of products to be procured means that the inviting party cannot publish them as part of this notice. The quantities specified are minimum quantities (base quantity), and the concrete quantities ordered - depending on usage - may deviate upwards by +20% per section or per product (quantity deviation). According to paragraph (3) of section 46 of Government Decree 321/2015 (X.30.), we inform the Bidders that in the Procurement Documents, the reference to a specific branded, typed, or fantasy-named product for certain food products is made solely and exclusively to unambiguously define the nature of the given food, and in such cases, a product "or equivalent" is also understood. In the case of the individual sections, the estimated value indicated in point II.2.6) (BT-27 field) also includes the value of the +20% quantity deviation above the base quantity.
