SBH | Schulbau Hamburg are responsible for planning, building, maintaining, and managing school properties, considering educational needs and economic principles, and renting approximately 350 schools to the Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung. The school properties include all land and buildings used for educational purposes by public and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational public schools is approximately 9.1 million m², and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this context, SBH has been commissioned to carry out demolition and new construction work, as well as the renovation of the outdoor facilities at a Gymnasium located at Corveystr. 6 in Hamburg.
