**Contract Description:**

The European Commission intends to purchase 11 kV SF6-free circuit breakers. The circuit breakers must be suitable for indoor and outdoor installation and must comply with the relevant European standards and regulations. The circuit breakers must be delivered to the specified locations within the European Union.

**Contract Value:**

The estimated value of this contract is EUR 5,000,000 (excluding VAT).

**Contract Duration:**

The contract will be valid for a period of 36 months from the date of signature.

**Contract Award Criteria:**

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who offers the best value for money, taking into account the following criteria:

- Price (60%)

- Technical quality (30%)

- Delivery time (10%)

**Contract Financing:**
