Framework Contract for the Supply of Vacuum System for Closed Urine Transfer

**Contract Description:**

The Ministry of Health is seeking to establish a framework contract for the supply of a vacuum system for closed urine transfer. The system should be designed to efficiently and safely transfer urine from patients to collection points, ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

**Contract Duration:**

The framework contract will be valid for a period of 48 months from the date of signature.

**Contract Value:**

The estimated total value of the contract is EUR 500,000 (excluding VAT).

**Contract Type:**

The contract will be awarded to a single supplier.

**Procurement Procedure:**

The procurement procedure will be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations set out in the Public Procurement Law no. 98/2016.

**Selection Criteria:**

Suppliers will be selected based on the following criteria:

- Technical and professional ability (40%)

- Financial and economic standing (30%)

- Previous experience in similar projects (30%)

**Submission Deadline:**

Proposals must be submitted by 15.00 hours on 15.10.2023.

**Opening Date:**

The proposals will be opened on 16.10.2023 at 10.00 hours.

**Contract Award Criteria:**

The contract will be awarded to the supplier offering the best value for money, based on the evaluation of the proposals submitted.
