The detailed technical content of the equipment/products is contained in the Technical Description section of the Procurement Document (Procurement Document IX.) and the attached technical description-expert proposal table. In all lots, the offered products must be new, the Contracting Authority will not accept used products!

In all lots, references to a specific make and model, as specified in the technical description, are made to clearly define the nature of the subject/ the given technical parameter, according to 321/2015. (X. 30.) Kr. 46. § (3) paragraph. In these cases, the Contracting Authority will accept as suitable a subject/technical parameter that meets the detailed values specified for the subject/ the given technical parameter, i.e. a subject/technical parameter that is "equivalent" to the specified criteria. In cases where the technical content is defined according to 321/2015. (X. 30.) Kr. 46. § (2) paragraph, the Contracting Authority will examine whether the offered technical parameter meets the performance and functional requirements set out in relation to the prescribed parameter.
