Smlouva o rámcových podmienkach sa týka nákupu odievacích predmetov, ako aj ich údržby, pre zamestnancov, ktorí vykonávajú povinnosti (fyzické prijatie, šoféri…), ktoré vyžadujú nosenie špeciálnych odievacích predmetov. Departement Seine-Saint-Denis chce tiež poskytnúť zamestnancom, ktorí sú dotknutí, špeciálne oblečenie a doplnky (kravaty a šatky), ktoré budú nosiť počas pracovných hodín, aby podporili svoju obraz.
