The Santa Venera Local Council intends to carry out the refurbishing of public conveniences located at Triq il-Kbira San Guzepp, Santa Venera. The works will include the demolition of existing structures, construction of new structures, installation of new equipment and finishes. The contractor will be responsible for the complete refurbishment of the public conveniences, including all necessary works, materials, and equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for the removal of all waste and debris generated during the refurbishment process.
