The scope of this procurement is for a tear gas grenade containing 2-chlorobenzylidene malononitrile for indoor use (hereinafter referred to as handheld CS). The device is intended for use by tactical teams in indoor environments during operations involving dangerous perpetrators and constitutes one type of less-lethal weapon.
