Denmark – Hot-water boilers – 40 MW elkedel til Lolland Vand & Energi A/S

Lolland Vand & Energi A/S intends to purchase a heat pump plant to be used for district heating production of 40 MW. The procurement is divided into different lots, of which this tender concerns the heat pump itself. The heat pump shall be constructed as part of the overall establishment of new production at Drammenvej 1, 4900 Nakskov. The new heat production will consist of the following parts: 40 MW Heat Pump (current tender), Building incl. electricity and HVAC, 45 MVA transformer, Cable and foundation works and Heat installation between heat pump and heating plant. The project's purpose is to add a heat pump that increases supply security in peak and reserve load situations, by increasing the availability of several different energy forms. Furthermore, the heat pump shall be used for various needs for regulation in the power grid and produce heat when electricity prices are low. Applicants should be aware that questions will not be answered until week 31 at the earliest. Attention is drawn to the fact that the project must be approved by the authorities before contract conclusion, which is expected to take place in February 2027.
