France – Building construction work – Travaux de construction d'un Campus de la Bioéconomie à Saint-Lyé-.

The operation concerns the construction of the Bioeconomy Campus in Saint-Lyé, intended to accommodate industrial, scientific and tertiary activities. The project consists of two distinct functional entities:

- The Industrial Campus (known as "Industrial Campus") composed of:

A technological hall dedicated to industrial and transformation activities

A scientific laboratory space

An office space and social areas;

- The "Lab Campus" composed of:

An office space and social areas, for various tenants;

Reception areas and common meeting rooms for the entire building.

The project includes the construction of buildings and the development of outdoor spaces. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the present consultation is divided as follows:

- Lot No. 1: VRD,

- Lot No. 2: Landscaping,

- Lot No. 3: Civil Works,

- Lot No. 4: Metal Structure,

- Lot No. 5: Waterproofing Cladding,

- Lot No. 6: Industrial Joinery,

- Lot No. 7: External Joinery,

- Lot No. 8: Internal Joinery,

- Lot No. 9: Plastering,

- Lot No. 10: Tiling,

- Lot No. 11: Painting,

- Lot No. 12: Flexible Flooring,

- Lot No. 13: HVAC Plumbing,

- Lot No. 14: Electrical,

- Lot No. 15: Textile Suspended Ceiling,

- Lot No. 16: Signage,

- Lot No. 17: Cleaning.

In accordance with Article R2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code, economic operators may bid for all the lots. The above-mentioned lots may be awarded to a single economic operator. For each lot, the present contract is a standard contract for works, treated at a global and lump sum price whose amount is set out in Article D1 of the commitment act. For each lot, the contract runs from the date of notification to the holder, for the entire duration of the works and until the end of any obligation arising therefrom (including the warranty period). The execution deadlines are specified in Article 3-8 of the RC.
