Romania – Supervision of building work – Servicii de asistenţă tehnică – dirigenţie de şantier (Supervizor) pentru contractul de achiziție publică : Execuție lucrări pentru obiectivul de investiții - „Drum de legatură între A1 și DN7 (DJ 711 A) - LĂRGIRE LA 4 BENZI DE CIRCULAȚIE"

The subject of the contract refers to the procurement of services for the supervision of works, verification and confirmation of work situations according to the project, ensuring the good progress of the investment implementation, verification of the quantitative and qualitative aspects of the materials used, by site managers (site inspectors), in accordance with the terms of reference and documentation posted in SEAP by the contracting authority. The purpose of the procurement is to acquire technical assistance services - site management (Supervisor) in order to achieve the objective: "Link road between A1 and DN7 (DJ 711 A) - WIDENING TO 4 LANES", in full compliance with the current situation of the road and with the legal regulations in force. The surface area necessary for the construction is 753 233.80 m2. The designed route has a total length of 14+003 km. Part of the current road sector, namely the segment belonging to DJ711A, currently falls into technical class IV and has 2 traffic lanes and a carriageway with variable width between 6.00 m - 6.20 m and a platform width sometimes less than 8.00 m, width necessary for county roads according to Order 1296/2017, which justifies the widening of the existing road, DJ711A, to four lanes as well as the new road sector that is to be implemented. Notes: 1. The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
