The subject of the contract consists of high-quality supervision services for the investment objective "SPITAL CLINIC DE URGENȚĂ PENTRU COPII CLUJ – NAPOCA”, related to the execution of the works and the warranty period of the works, in accordance with the provisions of the Statement of Work and the Service Contract. The deadline by which any economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation: 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the previously provided deadline, the responses of the contracting authority will be published in the SEAP 11 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders.
