The contracting authority allows the submission of partial offers in the scope of at least one part. The list of required subject and object documents is included in the specification of the contract conditions. Subject evidence means are subject to supplementation. The procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Pzp Act, applies in the procedure.
