The subject of the procurement is a SaaS service-based payroll system solution, with which the payroll and management of the employment relationship for Monetra Group's well-being area contracts can be handled from establishment to termination. The procurement is described in more detail in the procurement documents. The annexes are presented in a separate annex document "Monetra E29 2026 Payroll System Procurement for Well-being Areas List of Annexes". The names of the annexes have followed the numbering and names of the annexes of the framework agreement and the delivery agreement, to the extent that the annexes to be returned in the tender will become annexes to the framework agreement or the delivery agreement. For clarity, the file names or file formats of the annexes in the tender invitation and the annexes to be attached to the tender are not allowed to be changed when submitting the tender. It is not allowed to add, remove or modify rows, columns, worksheets, charts, etc. technical elements of the table in Excel-formatted annexes. Otherwise, it is allowed to change the annexes to be returned in the tender according to the instructions in the tender invitation, for example, supplementing "Delivery Agreement Annex 1.1. Project Plan" according to the instructions.
