Due to the increase in student numbers at the Werkrealschule in recent years, the current space requirements cannot be accommodated within the existing areas of the main and administrative building. Perspectively, further increases are expected due to already ongoing construction areas. In recent years, existing specialist rooms have been regularly repurposed to create the necessary number of classrooms. An extension (Bauteil B.1) is to now create space for additional classrooms and the required specialist rooms. Furthermore, renovation and refurbishment measures are also planned for the existing building (Bauteil B+C).
