The subject planning project encompasses the complete planning services through the HOAI phases 1 to 8 with step-by-step appointment. The advertised services include all necessary planning (incl. construction-phase provisional measures) from the fields of civil engineering incl. planning of transport facilities (the landscape planning is carried out by the external landscape planner of the AG), structural design, planning of technical equipment (process engineering/plant engineering/HVAC; electrical engineering and process control technology) and the coordination of these plans with each other. Furthermore, the project manager is responsible for the coordination of the overall project. Reference is made to the detailed description of services in the tender documents. The project scope includes: The supply infrastructure is divided into four areas: heat, cooling, cold and service water. The service water and drinking water network are not part of this measure. Part of the current cooling is realized via the service water, so there is a complex interface that needs to be considered. The project includes the three areas of heat, cooling and cold (only supply line to cold generation in the project scope). The planning is to be carried out for the entire measure. The execution is to be divided into two main construction phases. In the first construction phase, all measures assigned to the heat network are to be carried out. In the further construction phase, the measures to optimize the cooling water system are to be realized. When designing the systems, the optimization potential in the operating states must be specified. In the planning of the systems, a high efficiency of energy transmission or use must be implemented. Economic and environmental aspects must be taken into account. A grant under BEW (Federal funding guideline for efficient heat networks) has been applied for at the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). The described planning services can only be commissioned after the notification by the BAFA. If approved, the requirements must be taken into account accordingly. To obtain an overall overview of the locations and requirements, the Munich City Drainage offers an on-site visit for inspection in the 43rd and 44th calendar week.
