France – Refuse and waste related services – Accord-cadre à bons de commande mono-attributaire pour la gestion de la déchèterie des Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer

This framework agreement aims to define the conditions under which the CA d'Arles Crau Camargue Montagnette awards the contractor regular and occasional services to be carried out within the municipality of the Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer: - Waste management (high quay, provision of bins, waste compaction, etc.). - Transport of bins from the waste disposal site to the valorisation outlets. - Maintenance and upkeep of the waste disposal site. - Keeping the site's surroundings clean, even in the event of illegal dumping and acts of incivility. The description of the services, their technical specifications, as well as the provision of the requested documents are indicated in the technical specifications. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of two (2) years. This framework agreement is concluded as of 01/12/2026 (or its notification date if later) for a duration of 24 months. This framework agreement includes two tacit renewals of 12 months each. Framework agreement amount: The maximum amount of the framework agreement is set as follows: - Initial period (2 years): 800,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, i.e. 844,000 euro(s) including VAT, - Each renewal period (1 year): 400,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, i.e. 422,000 euro(s) including VAT. The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement, in the event of renewal, is set at 1,600,000 euro(s) excluding VAT, i.e. 1,688,000 euro(s) including VAT.
