Romania – Technical inspection and testing services – Servicii de verificari metrologice si reparatii contoare de energie termica cu ultrasunete marca Kamstrup- 3 LOTURI

To ensure the continuity of the operation of thermal energy measurement systems, the procurement of "Metrological verification and repair services for ultrasonic thermal energy meters, Kamstrup brand", through the award of framework agreements with a duration of 24 months, divided into three lots is required. This procedure aims to procure "Metrological verification and repair services for ultrasonic thermal energy meters, Kamstrup brand (Lot 1 - Lot 3)", to ensure the continuity of the operation of measurement equipment, structured as follows:

- LOT I - Metrological verification and repair services for ultrasonic thermal energy meters, Kamstrup brand, with nominal diameters between Dn 15mm - Dn 50mm and permanent flows between Qp 0.6 m³/h – Qp 15 m³/h;

- LOT II - Metrological verification and repair services for ultrasonic thermal energy meters, Kamstrup brand, with diameters between Dn 80 mm – Dn 100 mm and permanent flows between Qp 80 m³/h – Qp 100 m³/h;

- LOT III - Metrological verification and repair services for ultrasonic thermal energy meters, Kamstrup brand, with diameters between Dn 100 mm – Dn 150 mm and permanent flows between Qp 100 m³/h – Qp 150 m³/h.

The services to be provided must comply with the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference.

Deadlines for submitting/responding to requests for clarifications/additional information:

A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 (1) of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172 (2) of Law No. 99/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.

C. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29 (3) of Government Decision No. 394/2016, as amended and supplemented, the contracting entity states that it will only respond to clarification requests submitted by economic operators up to the deadline set.
