The subject of the contract is the provision of environmental monitoring services for the "Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Braila County, 2014 – 2020" in order to achieve the general and specific objectives of the POIM and PDD assumed by the OR through the Financing Contract. NOTE: In accordance with the provisions of Article 172, paragraph (1) of Law No. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, with the deadline set by the contracting entity. The Contracting Entity sets 1 term by which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification: - on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, the Contracting Entity will respond to requests for clarification that were submitted by the 21st day before the deadline for submission of tenders. In accordance with the provisions of Article 29, paragraph (3) of HG No. 394/2016, the Contracting Entity will only respond to requests for clarification submitted by economic operators by the deadline set. The Contracting Entity is not obliged to respond to other requests submitted after the publication of the responses within the aforementioned term. In the event that one or more of the dates set are non-working days, the next working day following that/those date(s) will be taken into consideration, provided that the minimum term of 10 days before the deadline for submission of tenders is respected. If the minimum term of 10 days cannot be respected, the response will be published on the day before that/those date(s).
