The subject of the tender is conceptual, design and production-related services for the conduct of tenant council and tenant representative elections. The contract includes, among other things: analysis, new conception and design of all election documents (for all election phases) in the Gewobag corporate design, incl. copy editing, multilingual content and proofreading, clear and modern presentation of the complex election system, as well as strengthening and visual highlighting of the digital candidacy and election. Development of a new, interactive format for information meetings on the office of the tenant council (incl. development of at least two methodological proposals, applicable indoors/outdoors, mobile and reusable, as well as their implementation and production) Organisation, control and quality assurance of the further service providers (e.g. printing company, courier service providers) as well as production and delivery of the election documents and postings. The aim is to increase the comprehensibility and attractiveness of the elections in order to motivate more tenants to stand for election and to participate in the election.
