Development of the construction project and executive projects along with obtaining the necessary administrative decisions for the expansion of ul. Lewandów from ul. Głębockiej to the border of m.st. Warszawy as part of the investment task entitled "Reconstruction of Lewandów Street - preparatory works". The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) execution of preparatory works, 2) obtaining a decision on environmental conditions (DŚU) along with the execution of all necessary works to obtain it, in particular the Information Card of the Undertaking and the environmental impact report – if required, 3) obtaining the administrative decision necessary to start and carry out the construction or start the construction works – the decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment along with the execution of all necessary works for the implementation of the construction works, 4) development of promotional-informational materials, 5) development of the construction project along with the geotechnical documentation, 6) development of the executive projects, 7) development of the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the construction works, 8) development of maps with the planned division of the real estate, 9) development of the scope of works, 10) preparation of the investor's cost estimate and cost estimate form for the offer, 11) development of responses to questions from contractors and making any modifications to the developed documents during the tender procedure, 12) performing author's supervision during the execution of the construction works, 13) transfer of intellectual property rights, including copyrights to the works carried out within the framework of the contract as well as granting all consents and authorisations for their modification and implementation of dependent rights.
