Gasunie aims to achieve with this contract that the outdoor area of the head office located in Groningen is maintained safely, well-cared for, representative, and in accordance with the applicable quality and safety standards during the contract period. The contract includes the execution of regular and corrective green maintenance, the execution of de-icing, and the maintenance of green roofs, in accordance with a RAW specification. The desired outcome is that: • The outdoor area meets the established visual and maintenance levels throughout the year; • the safety and accessibility of the outdoor area and the hard surfaces are guaranteed; • the outdoor area has a representative appearance in line with Gasunie's head office; • the maintenance is carried out efficiently and manageably within the contractual agreements. Agreement of four (4) years with an option to extend four (4) times one (1) year.
