France – Technical inspection and testing services – Mission d'Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage Coordonnateur des essais d'ensemble et essais aux interfaces du T13 Phase 2

The services of the contract will involve carrying out a mission of Assistance to the Project Owner (AMO) Coordinator for the Tram T13 phase 2 project, which extends from Lisière-Pereire to Saint-Germain-en-Laye to Achères, via Poissy, for:

- The management of overall tests on the perimeter of the entire operation;

- Assistance for tests in the interface zones between the different Project Owner (MOA) perimeters, particularly the transition zone;

- The management of urban dynamic tests, in liaison with the contractors (MOE) (MOE Line / MOE SMR Systems) and the Rolling Stock AMO;

- The management of tests at the maintenance and storage site (SMR) in Versailles-Matelots, in liaison with the MOE SMR Systems;

- The coordination of the production of the test authorization file (DAE) and until validation by the STRMTG and obtaining the test authorization;

- The coordination of the production of the test traffic regulation.

This mission aims to ensure the co-management of these tests and all stakeholders, with the SNCF Test Coordinator, and in liaison with the MOE/AMO, while providing an overall vision to ensure the completeness of the tests and trials necessary for commissioning, as well as the demonstration of the line's performance, and this, within the framework of an optimized organization according to the constraints of the different perimeters but also of the existing commercial service on the Tram T13 phase 1 line. For tests relating to interfaces, notably the transition zone, the Test AMO provides assistance in the programming, organization and implementation of these tests in compliance with the safety constraints of the relevant supervisory services. This includes, in particular:

- On the entire line: *The general organization of tests and the coordination of stakeholders from the test preparation period until the formalization of test results; *The operational implementation of tests to validate the transport system across several MOA perimeters.

- On the transition zone: the mission also involves providing assistance in the programming, organization and operational implementation of tests.

The services concern the perimeter under the Project Ownership of Île-de-France Mobilités, including the urban route between Poissy and Achères, crossing the northern part of the forest of Saint-Germain, the Urban Maintenance Centre and the Riverbank Reconstructions prior to the works of the urban route.
