Poland – Refuse transport services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych w okresie od 01 stycznia do 31 grudnia 2027r. od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Miasta i Gminy Sanniki

The subject of this public procurement is the provision of a service for the collection and disposal of municipal waste generated and collected from the owners of properties located in the City and Commune of Sanniki in 2027. The subject of this procurement is the collection, transport, and disposal through recovery or neutralization of the municipal waste specified in the tender description, from inhabited properties located in the City and Commune of Sanniki, and from the selective waste collection point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other means, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfills, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The subject of the procurement does not include the collection and disposal of municipal waste from uninhabited properties and from business activities.
