Supply contract for the competitive procurement of standard quality electricity continuously available on the Hungarian transmission network, under a full supply-based contract, without scheduling obligations. Current contract expiry date: 31.12.2026. Energy demand is continuous, time-based, and profile-adjusted. Planned quantity to be procured: expected amount of electricity to be delivered: - 55 221 276 kWh from 00:00 CET on 01.01.2027 to 24:00 CET on 31.12.2027 - 50 898 268 kWh from 00:00 CET on 01.01.2028 to 24:00 CET on 31.12.2028. - 48 975 942 kWh from 00:00 CET on 01.01.2029 to 24:00 CET on 31.12.2029. The quality of the electricity product must comply with EU and Hungarian requirements: MSZ EN 50160: 2011 and MSZ 1:2002 standards. Supplier change is guaranteed for all points of use. The contracting authority informs economic operators that the date for the establishment of the dynamic procurement system in this procedure has not finally determined the method of accounting for costs arising from the energy-saving obligation. The contracting authority reserves the right to, in the individual public procurement procedures conducted within the dynamic procurement system: exclude the transfer of costs arising from the energy-saving obligation to the contracting authority, or allow their fulfilment by the transfer of certified energy savings (HEMs) or other methods in accordance with the relevant legislation. The detailed rules applicable to the given procurement will always be contained in the individual call for competition and the associated contract draft.
