The subject of the public procurement is the replacement of existing programmable logic controllers (PLCs), the addition of communication means for bidirectional remote data transmission, the modification of existing switchgear or the supply of new switchgear, the modification or replacement of existing hardware (HW) and software (SW) elements for data visualization, archiving and backup. The fulfilment will be carried out in relation to wastewater treatment plants (hereinafter "WWTPs") and pumping stations (hereinafter "PSs") on sewerage networks, whereby the implementation of the public procurement will result in the unification of HW, SW, control algorithms and communication between individual communication elements and nodes. Communication must be reliable and functionally separated from other networks, i.e. the separation of the information technology network (IT) and the operational technology network (OT) will be ensured so that their cyber threat cannot occur. The subject of the fulfilment includes the processing and delivery of documentation of the actual implementation in electronic form and further indefinite servicing services (the conditions of the servicing services will be proposed by the participant in the next phase following the invitation to submit preliminary tenders and may be the subject of negotiation if it concerns conditions and scope).
