The subject of the construction measure is the general renovation of the existing triple sports hall from 1985, including necessary demolition work, partial new construction, and the complete renewal of the technical building equipment. The aim of the measure is to create a modern, safe, and barrier-free sports hall operation while complying with the applicable public law regulations, particularly with regard to fire protection, accessibility, and energy requirements according to the Building Energy Act (GEG). The measure will predominantly take place within the existing structure, integrating the existing building structures, while limiting constructive interventions to the necessary extent. The transition to the adjacent gymnasium will be integrated into the construction measure. The construction measure will be carried out in one construction section.
