The subject of the present procurement is the replacement of the existing surface suction units at Pumping Station No 6 in the Salpis area due to the damage they sustained over the years and their outdated technology. The present procurement provides for: The replacement of the existing surface suction units with new vertical axial flow suction units, surface-mounted hydraulic units with a support head for a V1 flange-mounted motor of 75kW at 990 rpm 380V/50Hz, class F insulation, and a propeller with a bronze axial flow impeller, propeller type, suitable for water with suspended solids for anti-flooding and drainage works. The replacement of existing electrical panels with new ones incorporating speed control and motor control settings, resulting in a smaller energy footprint. The integration of suitable automation, protection and telecontrol systems so that the pumping stations can be operated remotely.
