France – Benefit services – Souscription de contrats de prévoyance collective au bénéfice de l'ensemble du personnel (salariés et fonctionnaires) d'Allier Habitat

This consultation aims to award contracts for collective welfare schemes for all staff (employees and civil servants) of Allier Habitat. The consultation will result in the signing of two participation agreements in accordance with Decree No. 2011-1474 of 8 November 2011 for agents under the territorial civil service. It is specified that the affiliation of territorial civil servants to the welfare scheme "incapacity, invalidity, death" will become mandatory as of 1 January 2029. The service is reserved for specific professions: - Insurance company, - Welfare institution, - Mutual insurance company, - Insurance intermediaries registered with the ORIAS.
