Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Nowogródek Pomorski

1) The subject of the contract covers the collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of Nowogródek Pomorski Municipality, i.e. - inhabited properties, - properties with holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational purposes. 2) The contractor is obligated to collect and dispose of municipal waste generated on properties where residents live, where holiday homes are located or other properties used for recreational purposes. The list of properties where municipal waste is generated is an annex to the specification of contract conditions. 3) The contractor is obligated to deliver bags for selective waste collection to the owners of properties conducting selective waste collection, in single-family, detached and multi-family housing. The bags must be delivered continuously and in quantities necessary for proper waste collection between pick-ups from the properties. 4) The contractor is obligated to prepare a list of routes for vehicles collecting waste, including the number of kilometres for each route, and to deliver it to the contracting authority before signing the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
