Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Modliborzyce

The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection and disposal of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the area of Gmina Modliborzyce and from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), which is located at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Modliborzyce at ul. Piłsudskiego 4A. The collection of municipal waste will be carried out from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The service also includes supplying properties with bags intended for the selective collection of municipal waste. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is approximately 900 Mg. The estimated amount relates to waste from inhabited properties and waste delivered to PSZOK. The estimated number of bags for collecting waste to be delivered from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is approximately 68,000 units – including blue, green, yellow and brown bags. The quantities set are estimated and may change according to the actual needs of the Contracting Authority, taking into account the amount of waste generated by the residents. The quantities of bags should be treated as indicative and the Contractor is not entitled to additional remuneration for achieving different quantities. Municipal waste will be collected, divided into fractions: mixed municipal waste; biodegradable waste; paper and cardboard, and packaging from paper and cardboard; clear and coloured glass, and packaging from glass; metals, and packaging from metals, plastics, and packaging from plastics, and multi-material waste. A detailed classification of the types of waste making up the individual fractions is given in point 2.21. - Classification of waste types for each fraction: 1) mixed waste (code 20 03 01), 2) paper and cardboard (20 01 01), packaging from paper and cardboard (15 01 01), 3) glass (20 01 02), packaging from glass (15 01 07), 4) plastics (20 01 39), packaging from plastics (15 01 02), metals (20 01 40), packaging from metals (15 01 04), multi-material packaging (15 01 05), (20 01 99), 5) biodegradable waste (20 02 01), biodegradable kitchen waste (20 01 08). The estimated number of bags and containers for the entire contract period a) 120-litre bags in blue (approx. 11,000 units), green (approx. 10,000 units), yellow (approx. 42,000 units) and brown (approx. 5,000 units) – total approx. 68,000 units (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027), b) containers for mixed waste – approx. 1,843 units (provided by the property owner).
