Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Pokój w 2027 roku

4.1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the territory of inhabited properties located in the Municipality of Pokój from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. The estimated total amount of all types of municipal waste to be collected and disposed of from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 is 917.82 Mg. The amount of waste indicated above is indicative and results from reports and reports submitted to the Mayor of the Municipality of Pokój for the years 2024, 2025, 2026 (up to August) - according to the data presented in Annex No. 1 to SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract. 4.2. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for reuse and recycling, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities – (Journal of Laws 2025 item 733), the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 906), the provisions of the resolution of the Sejmik of the Opolskie Voivodeship No. 3584/2025 of 26 August 2025 on the implementation of the "Waste Management Plan for the Opolskie Voivodeship for the years 2023 - 2028 with the inclusion of the years 2029-2034", and in particular: 1) Collection and transport of mixed non-segregated municipal waste and waste generated after segregation collected in bins and containers, bags with code 20 03 01. In the case of a larger amount of mixed waste that cannot fit in the bins, but additionally placed in bags, all waste must be collected and disposed of. 2) Collection, transport and disposal of segregated waste collected in bags, bins and containers of appropriate colours: a) paper and waste paper – blue colour with the inscription „Paper” b) plastics – yellow colour with the inscription „Plastics and Metals” c) glass – green colour with the inscription „Glass” d) bio-waste - brown colour of the bag or container with the inscription „Bio” e) textiles – purple colour with the inscription „Clothing and Textiles” 3) Collection, removal and disposal of waste in the form of promotional collection including the disposal of segregated municipal waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, bulky waste, used tyres with a diameter of up to 56 cm (up to 22 inches) - 4 pcs. from the property, 4) collection and disposal of mixed municipal waste from revealed wild dumps. The phenomenon of so-called wild dumps has an incidental and very diverse character. At this point, it is not possible to determine the number of cases and tonnes of mixed waste from wild dumps. Confirmation of the difficulty in estimating the parameters of such a service is the fact that from 1 January 2026 to 31 August 2026 it did not occur. 5) collection, removal and disposal of waste in the form of promotional collection from PSZOK: a) glass b) plastics c) metals d) wooden packaging e) paper: f) oils and fats from households g) clothing and textiles h) segregated construction waste such as: − rubble − wood − metal − plastics − glass − metal − mixed construction waste i) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste containing contaminants j) expired medicines and chemicals, k) waste not qualifying as medical waste arising in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood (needles, syringes) l) used batteries and accumulators, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other bulky waste, used tyres with a diameter of up to 56 cm (up to 22 inches) - 4 pcs. from the property 6) collection, removal and disposal of waste in the form of promotional collection of expired medicines from pharmacies and from the municipal office.
