The subject of the contract is the supply and purchase of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act and the implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system for the entities' points of intake participating in the procedure, the list of which is in the Contract Specification.
