Netherlands – Lift-maintenance services – Onderhoud en keuring machinerichtlijn liftinstallaties 2027-2029

Procedure for procurement by means of the European/National open procedure in accordance with Chapter 2 of the ARW 2016. Contracting Authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. Contract The contract concerns: Maintenance contracts: preventive maintenance, legal maintenance including lift inspections, maintenance and testing of intercoms. Corrective maintenance of lift installations: works following complaints, faults etc., also known as reactive maintenance. Planned maintenance of lift installations: based on the maintenance plans (life-extending). Lots This contract is not divided into lots. Objective The objective of this procurement is to conclude a framework agreement for the provision of these services with a duration of one year, starting on 01 January 2027. The contracting authority has [unilaterally/by mutual agreement of the parties] the right to extend this twice by one year. The decision-making regarding this/these extension(s) will be based on an evaluation of the performance delivered. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value within the framework of this framework agreement is set at € 250,000,- (excl. VAT) over the duration of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the mentioned amount. There is no obligation for the contracting authority to purchase. If during the duration of the framework agreement the maximum contract value is exceeded, the framework agreement will (prematurely) be terminated.
