Germany – Construction project management services – GSH_Lehrte-Berlin: Abschnitt Nord_Nachtragsprüfung der Höhe nach

To enable more traffic on the climate-friendly rail network and simultaneously improve quality and punctuality, the routes 6107 and 6399 in the area from Lehrte to Oebisfelde will be upgraded as a corridor renovation with corresponding infrastructure equipment into a robust high-performance network. The main construction measures are:

- Track works with approx. 144 km of track and 97 points

- Traffic stations (Wolfsburg, Fallersleben, Calberlah, Gifhorn, Leiferde, Meinersen, Dedenhausen, Dollbergen, Immersen-Arpke) with KIB, EEA and TK components

- Structural engineering with one railway overbridge, 5 culverts and 9 noise barriers (approx. 10 km)

- Overhead line works (switch group optimisations, adaptation of the overhead line in Fallersleben and electrification of track 705 Dollbergen and extensive maintenance works)

- Renewal of 18 points heating stations

- New construction of 4 hot box detection systems

- Electrification of 6399 with provision of the touch protection (not part of the scope of the corridor renovation, but will be implemented during the closure)

The subject of the present procurement procedure is the „Nachtragsprüfung der Höhe nach“ for all main construction contracts of the project (procurement packages 1 to 4), which will be awarded in four procurement lots.
