France – Technical inspection services – AC - contrôles règlementaires analyses et contrôles environnement et sécurité - lot 2

The present consultation aims to select the holder of the framework agreement for regulatory control services. The services to be provided by the holder concern the following areas: - Carrying out measurements - regulatory assistance, - consultancy studies, - regulatory information sessions. The full details of the services are set out in the CCTP. This is a single-award framework agreement for services, with a minimum amount of 150 000 euros HT and a maximum amount of 720 000 euros HT, for the entire duration of the framework agreement (including renewals). This framework agreement will be executed as orders are issued in accordance with Article R. 2162-2, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Code.
