The subject of the contract is a service that covers the entire period of contract implementation: 1) collection and disposal of municipal waste: a) non-segregated mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) - 2 500,0000 Mg, b) biodegradable waste (20 02 01) - 85,0000 Mg, - from residential and temporarily occupied properties located in the area of Białogard Municipality and transport to the Municipal Installation; 2) collection and disposal of municipal waste collected selectively from residential and temporarily occupied properties located in the area of Białogard Municipality according to fractions: a) paper and cardboard (15 01 01; 20 01 01) - 50,0000 Mg, b) glass and glass packaging (15 01 07; 20 01 02) - 350,0000 Mg, c) plastic (15 01 02), metal (15 01 04; 20 01 40) and multi-material waste (15 01 05), mixed packaging waste (15 01 06) - 500,0000 Mg; 3) collection and disposal of waste: a) hazardous waste such as paints (20 01 27; 20 01 28), solvents (20 01 13), detergents and others (20 01 29; 20 01 30, 20 01 14; 20 01 15; 20 01 17), plant protection products (20 01 19; 20 01 80), medicines (20 01 31, 20 01 32), batteries and accumulators (20 01 33; 20 01 34) from owners of residential and temporarily occupied properties located in the area of Białogard Municipality - 1,0000 Mg, b) construction and demolition waste (17 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 07, 17 01 80, 17 02 02, 17 06 04, 17 08 02, 17 09 04) from owners of residential and temporarily occupied properties located in the area of Białogard Municipality (The Contracting Authority allows the collection of construction and demolition waste in big-bag type bags with a capacity of 0.5 m3) - 50,0000 Mg; 4) verification of the correctness of segregation, by checking whether in the container or bag: a) designated for waste subject to selective collection contains the fraction of waste dedicated to that container, b) designated for non-segregated (mixed) waste contains waste from the fraction subject to selective collection.
