Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Siennica Różana

The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority of the services entitled: "Collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the area of the Gmina Siennica Różana". 2. The scope of the contract includes the collection and disposal (recovery or neutralisation) of the municipal waste indicated in the contract description from properties located in the area of the Gmina Siennica Różana, where residents live, and from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) in Siennica Różana in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as the limitation of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities and the provisions of the applicable Regulation on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Gmina Siennica Różana, and in particular: - collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste regardless of weather conditions from any location on residential properties located in the area of the Gmina Siennica Różana; - collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste indicated by the Contracting Authority and delivered by residents of the Gmina Siennica Różana to the Selective Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK); - supplying properties with bags and containers for waste collection; - supplying PSZOK with bags and containers for waste collection; - collection and disposal of waste from illegal dumps. 3. The estimated quantity of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority plans to collect during the contract period is: - mixed municipal waste: 350 Mg, - selectively collected municipal waste: 360 Mg The Contracting Authority indicates that the size of the service is approximately 710 Mg. 4. The detailed scope of work and description of the services that are the subject of the contract are contained in the contract subject description in Annex 1 to the Specification of Contract Conditions and the Contract Project in Annex 2 to the Specification of Contract Conditions.
