Poland – Waste-tip management services – Odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z punktu selektywnej zbiórki odpadów komunalnych (PSZOK) w Nowym Targu od dnia 1 stycznia 2027r. do dnia 31 grudnia 2027r.

The subject of the contract is the service of collection and disposal of municipal waste from the selective waste collection point (PSZOK) located at ul. Jana Pawła II 113, in Nowy Targ, administered by the Economic Facility of Green Areas and Recreation from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027. The service concerns the collection and disposal of the following waste:

15 01 01 – paper and cardboard packaging,

15 01 02 – plastic packaging,

15 01 04 – metal packaging,

15 01 07 – glass packaging,

16 01 03 – used tyres,

17 01 01 – concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs,

17 01 02 – brick rubble,

17 01 03 – waste of other ceramic materials and equipment,

17 02 03 – plastic,

17 03 80 – waste paper,

17 06 04 – insulating materials other than those listed in (17 06 01, 17 06 03),

20 01 11 – textiles,

20 02 01 – biodegradable waste,

20 03 07 – bulky waste,

20 01 99 – ash,

20 01 32 – medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31.

Based on the municipal waste fractions generated from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 – the amount of municipal waste transferred during the given period. Municipal waste fraction / type of municipal waste, amount of municipal waste (Mg): Construction and demolition waste 809.44, Bulky waste 579.48, Used tyres 67.88, Ash 0.00, Biodegradable waste 82.64, Paper and cardboard packaging 20.60, Plastic packaging 70.54, Metal packaging 0.00, Glass packaging 114.60, Textiles 21.90, Medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31- 2.52. TOTAL = 1 769.60.

The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and disposed of, broken down by individual fractions and types over a 12-month period, to be used by contractors to submit a price offer. The estimated amount of waste over a 12-month contract period, i.e. from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, based on the municipal waste fractions generated from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2026 in the city of Nowy Targ, increased by approximately 25% in terms of quantity and by 10% in terms of price per tonne of waste. TOTAL = 2,244.78.
